Danang Life Center

This is a feasibility study for a mixed use / entertainment / education complex. The complex houses diverse programs, including service apartment/student boarding, K12 international school, edutainment, office, wedding centre, cinemas, entertainment (kids and adults), department stores, fitness centre, and tennis courts, etc.. Of 105,000m2 GFA, shared amenities are linked together at club level via skybridges and on ground. Completed in 2 phases, the entire project is designed for quick steel construction. The project’s sustainability goal aligns with the city’s millenium goal, which offers such features as PV panels, increased daylighting via external circulation, and extensive use of roof gardens.
